Separate the types of clean
Explain whether you offer recurring home cleaning, one-off cleans, move-out work or commercial cleaning. Note meaningful exclusions rather than letting a vague package name promise everything.
One page, built by Matt
A cleaning service website should explain what you clean, where you work and how someone can request a quote. I build a simple page with your service boundaries and a clear way to reach you, so enquiries start with the right details.

My first 5 clients pay $200 once, then $10 a month for life. After that it is $299 once + $15 a month.
You get 6 free design options and pay nothing until you love the design.

My suggested approach
I would help someone understand whether you handle their kind of property before they ask for a price.
Explain whether you offer recurring home cleaning, one-off cleans, move-out work or commercial cleaning. Note meaningful exclusions rather than letting a vague package name promise everything.
Use the towns or areas you approve. If travel has a limit or needs a separate quote, say so. A service business does not need to publish a private home address just to describe its coverage.
Suggest that an enquiry include the area, property size, type of clean and preferred date. Make clear that sending an email is a request, not an accepted booking or a final price.
Before I build
Send the information you are comfortable making public. Customer addresses and access codes are not needed.
List the packages you actually offer and any important exclusions.
Choose a practical service area instead of a long list of places you cannot reach.
Send approved starting prices if you want them shown, or use a quote request.
Pick the route you want new enquiries to use.
Use approved photos. Only include insurance or certification wording you can support.
Keep customer details out of the public page. This offer does not include a customer portal, job scheduling software or storage for keys and access instructions. An existing booking tool can stay separate.
The offer
Email me your business name and what you do. Send your approved details and any page you already use.
I email you 6 free design options to choose from. Reply with what you want changed.
You pay nothing until you love the design. After you pay, your website and email go live the next day. Your Google listing takes a few more days, because Google checks your business first.
A mobile-friendly site on your own domain (like yourbusiness.com), a matching email address (like [email protected]) that works in your Gmail, and your Google Business Profile set up. The monthly fee covers hosting, security and small updates. Everything happens by email, no calls.
I'm Matt Fehrsen, the founder of ShipWithCode, and I build every site myself.

Questions
Yes. We can list the towns or areas you serve and your public contact details. You do not need to put a private home address on this page.
This offer uses a contact button or a link to an existing booking or quote tool. A custom form, stored enquiries and automated quoting would need a separate scope.
Yes, if they are your work and you have permission to publish them. I will not use unrelated photos as evidence of your cleaning results.

No. I cannot promise rankings, traffic, customers or a mention in ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews. I build a clear website with the information you approve.
Tell me your business name and what you want on your site. I read and reply myself, by email.
